Every business owners vision of selling all or part of their company, recapitalizing, acquiring growth capital or divesting of a division is unique. My international work within the European and Asian markets transcends the US boundaries for greater opportunities.
 

I have has sold numerous enterprises ranging from 5-210 million in annual revenues. Regardless of revenue, I believe the process has to be as custom as the business itself. While the process may start by analyzing the financial statements, significant value comes from uncovering the intangibles tied to the legacy an owner has spent years building. Those attributes, in conjunction with the owner’s goals, creates a process that is client and business specific while delivering and exceeding expectations. This allows owners to do and focus on what they do best – running their company.
